Usage Rights

All media (photos videos, floor plans, and other deliverables) created by Whatcom Visuals remain the intellectual property of Whatcom Visuals. By booking our services, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property for which they were commissioned.

Client Rights

  • Clients may use the media for listing services (MLS), real estate websites, social media, and printed or digital marketing of the property.

  • Media may be shared with the homeowner and brokerage for the same purpose.​

Restrictions

  • Media may not be resold, transferred, or given to third parties (such as other agents, builders, stagers, or vendors) without prior written permission from Whatcom Visuals.

  • Copyright always remains with Whatcom Visuals.

Duration

Usage rights remain valid until the property is sold or taken off the market, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
