Yes! With our user-friendly scheduling system, it’s easy to book multiple services—such as interior photos, drone footage, and video—during a single appointment. Combining services helps save time and ensures all media is captured efficiently in one session.
Only drone services are postponed due to poor weather conditions. If this happens, the client must reschedule the drone portion for a new date. When rescheduling, please select the exact same drone service that was originally postponed. You will not be charged again for the reshoot. Any images captured before the reshoot will be professionally edited at no extra cost to correct issues caused by the weather, such as straightening windy trees or brightening cloudy/grey skies.
Yes! You’re welcome to request specific shots, angles, or features you want highlighted in the photos or videos. Feel free to let us know ahead of time or during the shoot which rooms, details, or perspectives are most important, and we’ll make sure they’re captured to showcase the property at its best.
Yes! Twilight and sunset shoots are available at no extra cost. Simply schedule your session at your convenience during the civil twilight time for the best lighting.
Orders cannot be modified once they are submitted. If you need to make changes, the appointment must be cancelled and rescheduled for another available time slot.
If you wish to remove a service without cancelling the appointment, you may inform the photographer upon arrival. The service will simply not be completed, and you will not be billed for it.
Yes. All final delivered media is backed up and stored indefinitely, so it will always remain accessible if you ever need it again. However, raw unedited files — such as photo brackets or original video clips — are not stored long-term and may be deleted after the final edits are delivered.
