Payment Policy

Online Payments (Preferred)

  • Full​ payment is due within 72 hours of receiving the final images.

​

  • Sales Tax: A 9% sales tax will be applied on top of the total cost of all selected services.

​

  • Payments are securely processed through Zelle, and an itemized receipt is automatically sent upon payment.

​

  • A 15% late fee will apply to any unpaid balances are 72 hours from the delivery of the photos

​

  • Your final high-resolution, fully edited photos are delivered in the same email that includes a secure Zelle payment link.

​

  • Repeated late payments may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.

Cash Payments (Alternative Option)

  • Cash payments are accepted only on-site immediately after the photoshoot and must be for the full amount owed.

​

  • Sales Tax: A 9% sales tax will be applied on top of the total cost of all selected services.

​

  • A digital receipt will be emailed within 2 business days of the payment, paper receipts will not be issued.

​

  • Final, fully edited images will be sent via email within the standard delivery timeframe after payment is completed.

​

  • If cash payment is not made on-site, the transaction automatically falls under the online payment policy, meaning the 72-hour payment window applies from the time final photos are delivered.

​

  • The 15% late fee will apply to the total amount due if not paid within 72 hours.

​

  • Repeated late payments may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.
