Note: Media is delivered as it is prepared, and you will receive multiple delivery emails for a single order. You will also receive your invoice and instructions on how to pay in the first email. Typically photos are delivered first, followed by floor plans, 3d tours, and lastly videos, due to the time required to edit and refine each service.

  • All media (photos, videos, floor plans, and other deliverables) will be delivered within the guaranteed turnaround time listed for each service.

  • If, for any reason, Whatcom Visuals fails to send the final deliverables within the guaranteed turnaround time, you will automatically receive a 15% discount on that service.

​

  • Delays caused by factors outside of Whatcom Visuals' control - such as technical issues with third-party platforms, client-requested revisions, or late delivery of necessary information - are not eligible for this discount.
